The cold temperatures have taken their toll, and winter has stripped all the trees naked in my neighborhood. Looking up into their limbs I saw nothing but chaotic overlapping patterns. In this shot, I like the way the chaos contrasts with the calm of the sunset sky. I can’t help but feel that this image parallels life in many ways. Life is amazing. There are parts of it that certainly aren’t amazing (don’t we all know it now), but you never get to the amazing parts after that if you don’t wade through the chaos. Don’t take anything for granted. Each moment is an opportunity to do something special. Bye for now.
